When Nikon released the D800, everyone was amazed. A 36 megapixel DSLR which would match a medium format camera for under 3000, was something once only dreamed of. In reality, when released, the D800 had some issues. The pixel count ensured razor sharp images, but only if the camera was held perfectly still. Slight movement during exposure showed up as blur. Is this a pixel too far? Are these cameras brought out just to prove a manufacturers point? June 10, 2014.
